The Scientific Group of Power Electronics and Electric Drives of Wrocław University of Science and Technology actively participated in the 17th Scientific Conference on Control in Power Electronics and Electric Drives, held on 26–28 November 2025 in Łódź.

The team presented its latest research achievements in the field of electric drive control and drive system diagnostics. The group also took part in competition sessions for young researchers.
The team was represented at the conference by:

Here is the list of presentations delivered by members of the PEED team at the 17th Scientific Conference on Control in Power Electronics and Electric Drives:

  • Kamila Jankowska: “Comparison of Fault Detection and Classification Methods for Current Sensors in a Drive System with a PMSM”

  • Mateusz Krzysztofiak: “Analysis of diagnostic signals for rolling bearing damage in a PMSM motor”

  • Magdalena Miniach, Teresa Orłowska-Kowalska: “Comprehensive algorithm for detection and compensation of stator current sensors in the induction motor drive”

  • Krystian Teler: “Fault detection in a PMSM motor drive using a deep autoencoder neural network”

  • Stanisław Oliszewski, Mateusz Dybkowski: “Voltage unbalance detection based on DC-link ripple”

The presentations covered advanced topics in diagnostics and control of drive systems, as well as the use of neural networks for fault detection, highlighting the team’s active involvement in the conference and its contribution to scientific and technological progress in power electronics and electric drives.

The conference provided an excellent opportunity for exchanging experiences and discussing current technical challenges and the latest trends in the field.
